Pick your own flowers: Open every Saturday and Sunday from June to September. 

Opening times: Saturdays 10am - 4pm and Sundays 10am - 3pm. Arrive early to get the pick of the bunch. Cash and card payments accepted.

What to expect on the day

• You will be provided with a water filled jam jar or container and scissors while in the field. Under 12s will not be given scissors and will therefore need supervision when picking.
   
• We will let you know which varieties of flowers are ready to pick.
   
• We recommend that you wear sturdy shoes or wellies as the ground can be uneven or wet. We regret that at this time our flower farm is unsuitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs and impaired mobility.
   
• We will tie your flowers if picked into a container ready for you to take home, though we do recommend you bring a container/bucket with you to transport your flowers home. Jar jams can be taken home where these have been purchased for picking an assortment of flowers.
   
• Sorry, no dogs allowed.
   
• Please be aware this is a working farm - there may be occasional, moving machinery.
   
• We are a working flower farm and this means that there will be weeds- we are not a manicured garden.

Terms and Conditions

The medium container will typically hold 10-15 stems and the large container 20-25 stems depending on the stem/flower sizing. The containers are sufficient for a medium/large bouquet or vase. The jam jars will hold a posy of flowers. 

Picked stems should be no more than twice the height of the jar/container.

We reserve the right to charge extra if we consider a jar/container has been over-picked.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

The Dedham Vale Flower Company must be credited for all photos used on social media or sold as professional & commercials products. 

We reserve the right to cancel PYO sessions, if deemed necessary.
